Description: A flatpack is a type of hermetic package in which the leads are in a plane which is parallel to the substrate mounting surface. We build flatpacks in many different sizes. Most have a  rectangular body, although some have a square shape body.

Applications: Hybrid circuits, hi-rel integrated circuits, sensors, industrial applications, etc.

Material:  Kovar, CRS, 52 alloy

Plating: Gold over nickel, custom
